Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Chloe Campbell Education! By accessing or purchasing any of our products, memberships, or services, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully.
1. Digital Products
All digital downloads, including lessons, printables, and teaching resources, are for personal classroom or homeschool use only.
You may not share, redistribute, or resell any files in whole or in part.
2. Membership Access (Sneaky Learning Club)
By joining the Sneaky Learning Club, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not continue with your purchase.
PERSONAL PAYMENTS
This is a membership website. Payments will process automatically on the schedule you selected at the time of purchase (monthly or yearly).
ONE MEMBER, ONE LOGIN
Each membership is for one teacher. Access is limited to the individual account holder. Sharing your login details, or sharing Club materials outside your own classroom or household, is not permitted. If we find that an account is being shared, we may cancel that membership without a refund.
PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENTS
If you are using a school purchase order, your membership will begin on the date the Purchase Order is received by Chloe Campbell Education and terminate one year later unless a new purchase order or payment is received prior to that date. You will receive an invoice around the tenth month of membership.
If we do not receive a new purchase order or payment by the end of month twelve, your membership will be terminated, and you will need to pay the current renewal price to get it reinstated. If your membership expires, you forfeit any special discounts you may have received the previous year.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to the electronic nature of this product and the fact that it cannot be “returned,” Chloe Campbell Education & Sneaky Learning Club has a no refunds policy.
You can cancel your membership yourself at any time from your billing portal. Log in at sneakylearningclub.com/library, open your account settings from the profile menu, and cancel your membership there. Cancelling stops all future payments. To avoid being charged for another cycle, cancel before your billing date. If you have any trouble finding it, email [email protected] before your billing date.
You can also pause your membership instead of cancelling. Pausing is available in the same billing portal for up to 2 billing periods, up to twice per calendar year.
You keep access to the Sneaky Learning Club through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There will be no partial (or prorated) refunds on monthly OR annual payments, including the billing period in which you cancel.
If you cancel and then decide to join the Sneaky Learning Club again at a later time, you will be reinstated at the current membership rate, regardless of any special offers or discounts you received in the past.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a file or product, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Chloe Campbell Education.
You may not modify, duplicate, upload, or distribute any part of our materials for resale or commercial use without written permission.
5. User Conduct
Please use our resources with integrity and kindness. We reserve the right to revoke access to products or memberships if any misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms occurs.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to deliver your purchases, manage your account, and occasionally send helpful updates (you can unsubscribe at any time). Read the full Privacy Policy here.
