Hi, I'm Chloe! I taught 3rd–5th grade math for 11 years, and every resource in this shop was built for real classrooms: low prep, high engagement, and a whole lot of sneaky learning.
Standards checklists are a great way to track students who have mastered each standard. This download includes math standards. Show off your organizational skills to during parent conferences, data chats, or observations.
**THE BEST PART**
Click here to see this resource in action!
You only need to type your student names ONCE! Your class list will auto-populate on the rest of the pages.
Open file in Adobe. Type in one student name per box. You’ll see the names auto-populate on the rest of the document pages. This is such a TIME-SAVING feature that I just L.O.V.E. and I think you will, too! Save the document to your computer, print, and enjoy. 🙂
How to use:
Please feel free to do whatever works best for YOU and YOUR STUDENTS. This is what I’ve had success doing, so I wanted to share it with you. After giving exit slips and/or assessments for the standard, I use a pencil to quickly put a check, check plus, or check minus for each student. I highly recommend using a pencil so you can easily change it after the student (hopefully) improves. You could use a color coding system with colored pencils – like red check marks need intervention, green checks mean the standard has been mastered, and purple checks are for students working above grade level. I constantly refer to these checklists when I pull small groups, make extra practice packets, or have parent conferences. I also love how easy it is to see what standards I need to reteach to the whole class. I can also quickly see who should be in a small group and who needs extra practice with that particular standard.

I used this on the last day of school to keep them busy. I liked that I could edit them to make them more personalized for our class. They enjoyed this activity and it was good to have them get up and move.
